MIUI 11 Global Stable ROM will come to India on October 16

Oct 11, 2019

Redmi Note 8 Pro come to India on October 16 with MIUI 11 – Xiaomi latest major operating system.

I remind you that Redmi Note 8 Pro was launched in China with MIUI 10. This favor is a recognition of the importance of the Indian market for Xiaomi. The desire of those in India to be among the first to launch products of major importance is known.

The beta version was already available on most of the Xiaomi devices since 27 September.

If in the previous years from a new version a more intuitive graphical interface was expected and a speed improvement now the expectations are aimed at a greater compatibility. We want compatibility with different applications. We want compatibility with gadgets and IoT objects. Want compatibility with media devices. There is a tendency to consider that any smartphone is compatible with any device. In practice, errors are reported that appear immediately after updating the version.

This challenge is also noticed among smart technology publishers. They focus on unboxing or presenting the technical features. Very few publishers test the compatibilities and communicate the observed errors. I expect that this time the comments on the new platform will also focus on the graphic aspect. I promise to watch the presentations on the new facilities with educational content – the presentations that provide information on how we can be more efficient with the MIUI 11.
