Xiaomi opened his first Mi Home Store in Pune, India, on November 10th. This will be the 9th Mi Home Store in the country after three stores in Bengaluru, one in Gurugram, Noida, Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai.
The opening of the new store was accompanied by a consortium promotion for local Xiaomi fans.
Lately, we’ve been talking about increasing sales of Xiaomi units in India. An increase that was hard to imagine at the end of last year when sales were down. This increase is also due to the way the Xiaomi team in India has managed to combine the new facilities offered by the online environment with the old traditional commerce.
There are many reasons why Mi Home is so successful. Especially in emerging markets like India. Today I only remember two. First. All Xiaomi fans have the opportunity to test the products. Regardless of the current purchasing power. Second. Here you will find human technical support and quality service.
Around these locations will gather local fan communities. Modern social media experts have already recognized that online communication is not enough to form a united community. Members of a community need to get their hands together. They need to meet offline. They need to participate in offline events and get to know each other. And talk about ideals.
